I think more of us need to pay attention to what grabs our attention. I'm not talking about social media. I'm talking about the stuff that interests you. One example I can point to in myself are synths. I can spend a lot of time on youtube watching people talk about synths and making interesting things. It inspires me, gives me energy and makes me want to experiment.
So, just pay attention to what gives you energy. Cars? Woodworking? Knitting? It could be anything, dive deep.
