I have been practicing the lifetime warm up from Tommy Igoe. I still have a lot to learn to learn from it but I'm doing things I would have never imagined were possible for me drumming wise.
I'm still working at an art gallery and learning a lot there.
I have been meditating using the waking up app and that has been quite a game changer. There is so much good information on it.
I'm reading "The Miracle of Mindfulness" by Thich Nhat Hanh and it's really insightful.
